Landsharks' P3 Extreme Bat Speed Program

This fall the Landsharks will be teaming up with P3 Extreme Bat Speed Program.  P3 is an hour long workout designed to increase strength and bat speed as well help reduce the chance of injury for baseball and softball players.  Eric Snyder, the creator of P3, will be at the Landsharks’ Training Facility located at 1720 Terminal Rd., Niles MI on Sunday, October 11th from 10 am to 12 pm to provide an overview/demonstration of the P3 program as well be available to answer your questions.  This will be a great opportunity to learn more about the P3 program.

The Landsharks’ 8 week P3 program will be offered on Thursdays from 6-7 pm and 7-8 pm and Sundays from 4-5 pm and 5-6 pm beginning Thursday, November 5th.  The cost of the 8 week – 16 workout program is $300 ($18.75/workout) and is due at the player’s 1st workout.

Presents our Fifth Year of Driveline!

Updated Program Start Date

Driveline is a strength and conditioning program for baseball players. This program will strengthen the throwing arm, clean up the arm path and improve the throwing motion. As players get stronger we often see increases in velocity and stamina.

Program will begin October 12, 2020 and run through December.  The program will be instructed by Jim Robinson and Ryan DeBroka.

Boys & Girls from all area programs ages 11U-up.

Training Schedule:
Monday (10/12/20 10/5/20), Tuesday, Thursday 6 pm and 7 pm.
Saturday 9 -11 am.
Sunday 11 am – 1pm.
It’s recommended that players attend 2-3 classes per week in order to benefit from the training.

Land Sharks training facility/School of Hard Knocks located at 1720 Terminal Rd., Niles MI.

DeFay Commitments to Kellogg Community College
