Land Sharks Travel Baseball
Presents our Eighth Year of Driveline!

Driveline is a strength and conditioning program for baseball/softball players. This program will strengthen the throwing arm, clean up the arm path and improve the throwing motion. As players get stronger we often see increases in velocity and stamina.

Program will begin October 17, 2023 and run through December.  The program will be instructed by Coach Bays, Coach Robinson and Coach DeBroka.
 

Who:
Boys & Girls ages 11U-up.

Training Schedule:
Tuesdays (10/17/23):
   6pm - 7pm/11U-13U
   7pm - 8pm/14U-18U
Thursdays:
   7:30pm - 9pm/11U-18U 
Saturdays:
  11am - 12pm/11U-13U
  12pm - 1pm/14U-18U
Sundays:
  11am - 12pm/11U-13U
  12pm - 1pm/14U-18U

It’s recommended that players attend 2-3 classes per week in order to benefit from the training.

Where:
Landsharks training facility/School of Hard Knocks located at 1720 Terminal Rd., Niles MI.

Registration/Cost:
$150/Landsharks player 11U-18U.   Drive Training is included  as part of player fees for 15U-17U Gold Landsharks Teams

$250/Non-Landsharks players and is based on available space.  Non-Landsharks should contact Shane Bays prior to registering to determine whether is available space.
